Groggs celebrating 50th (5/29/03)
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grogg, 910 W. North St., Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Robert married Evadene Walters on May 29, 1953 in Jay County.
They are the parents of Bob Grogg, Jr., and Mrs. Ron (Lucretia) Miller, both of Portland; and Mrs. Phil (Oneida) Romary, Fort Wayne. They have seven grandchildren.
Robert is retired from Createc Corp., and Evadene from the Jay School Corporation, where she worked as a cook.
The couple will celebrate with a trip to Florida with their family.[[In-content Ad]]
