Haggards celebrate 60th (09/11/06)
Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Haggard, Lot 7 Sesame Street, Portland, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday.
Gerald married Mary Lou Myers on Sept. 14, 1946, in Jeffersonville.
The couple owned and operated Haggard's Camper Sales and Gerald retired from the Jay County Extension Office.
They are the parents of Ralph Haggard, Flippin, Ark., and Nyla Mousavi, Waynesville. They have five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
They are planning a trip to Arkansas this fall.[[In-content Ad]]
