Harrietts to celebrate
Thomas M. and Mary Helen Harriett, 5455 W. Whittier Drive, Knightstown, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday with an open house from 1 to 6 p.m. at their home. They were longtime Pennville residents.
Thomas married Mary Helen Decker on Sept. 30, 1962, at Pennville United Methodist Church.
Mary Helen retired from H & R Block in Hartford City and Thomas retired from 3M Company in Hartford City.
The couple are the parents of Tammy Jordan (husband: Curt), Cary, Ill., and Dee Dee Poole (husband: Wayne), New Palestine. They also have three grandchildren.
They request that gifts be omitted.
