Hedges couple celebrates 60th
Benton and Norma Hedges, 2021 W. 75 South, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday with a family dinner and celebration at Bearcreek Farms.
Benton married Norma Zerkel on June 1, 1952, in Portland.
Norma is a homemaker and Benton retired from Portland Forge and works part time at Walmart in Portland.
They are the parents of Bruce Hedges (wife: Heather), and Sheila Baldauf (husband: Tom), both of Portland, and June Craig (husband: Mark), Thomasville, Ga. They also have six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
