Henisers celebrate 60th (12/18/2008)
Longtime Jay County residents Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Heniser, 509 E. North St., Portland, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Dec. 27, with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 402 N. Ship St. in Portland.
Gerald married Vecil Bookout on Dec. 26, 1948.
Mr. and Mrs. Heniser are the parents of Mrs. Randy (Linda) Warner, Indianapolis, Mrs. John (Susan) Horsman, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Mrs. Dan (Lisa) Lyons, Portland. They have seven grandchildren.
