Harold and Lois Hough, 904 W. Main St., Redkey, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on Sunday with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. at their home.
Harold married Lois Bentz on Jan. 25, 1941, at the home of the bride’s parents.
Lois retired as an I & M agent and worked for General Telephone and Shambargers Restaurant in Redkey and Harold retired from Borg Warner in Muncie in 1984.
They are members of Portland Moose and Portland American Legion.
The couple are the parents of Carolyn Hinshaw and Delee Affolder, both of Portland, Larry Hough, Redkey, Duane Hough, Greenville, Ohio, and Pam Hough, Richmond. They also have 10 grandchildren.
The couple asks that gifts be omitted but cards are welcome.
