Hudsons celebrate 70th
Troy and Helen Hudson, Hartford City, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary today. They are former Portland residents and have lived in Blackford County for the past five years.
Troy married Helen Gail Champ of Redkey on Oct. 20, 1940, in Carrolton, Ky.
Helen had worked at Sears in Portland and was a 4-H leader for several years.
Troy retired from Warner Gear and was a farmer in Jay County.
They are the parents of Frank Hudson (wife: Nancy), Fort Wayne, Brice Hudson (wife: Donna), Portland, Andrea Dyer (husband: Robert), Yorktown, and Pat Johnson (husband: Ron), Hartford City.[[In-content Ad]]
