Hummels celebrate 50th (08/19/2008)
Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Hummel, Bryant, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 2 with family and friends at Bryant Wesleyan Church Fellowship Hall.
Clayton married Betty Lou McCoy on Aug. 4, 1958, in Springfield, Tenn.
Betty retired from C.T.S. in Berne in 2003 after 36 years and Clayton retired from the Jay County Highway Department in 2000.
The are the parents of Jeffery Hummel, Monroe, and Randy Hummel, Bryant. They have five grandchildren.
