HONOR ROLL ANNOUNCED
West Jay Middle School announced its honor roll for the third nine weeks grading period.
On the sixth grade A Honor Roll was Brittany Crawmer, Dillon Easton and Josh Roush.
On the sixth grade A-B Honor Roll were Courtney Brown, Coty Bunch, Dillon Corn, Michael A. Daniels, Whitney Ford, Patrick Grady, Kayla Halsey, William Masters, Brittany Muhlenkamp, Sarah Myers, Paige Panelli and Brittney Watson.
On the seventh grade A Honor Roll were Ashley Cosner, Sarah Garringer and Shayla Shirk.
On the seventh grade A-B Honor Roll were Kayla Barber, Paige Beaty, Kyle Brown, Jennifer Buckland, Dillon Byers, Christa Birsfield-Castillo, Shelby Claycomb, Lindsey Current, Skyler Finnerty, John Fraley, Ty Fullenkamp and Ethan Gonser.

WEST JAY CENTER
The Crown City Squares will hold their monthly dance on Saturday, April 17, at 8 p.m. at the West Jay Community Center in Dunkirk. Spectators are welcome.
Seniors meet each Monday in April for Euchre at 1 p.m. They will also have bingo on Monday, April 26. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and bingo starts at 11:00 a.m.
The United Way of Jay County will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, April 27, at the center.
Local basket artist Connie Whetsel will offer a Magazine Basket class on Thursday, April 29, at 6 p.m. The registration fee is $25.
The community center is also available for graduation parties and family reunions. It is located in the Dunkirk City Park with a playground and swimming pool close by.

PATRIOT GUARDS CHOSEN
The Jay County High School Patriot Band has chosen its color guard members for the 2004-2005 school year.
Senior members of the guard will be Tasha Allen, Sara Bailey, Tina Geesaman, Kelli Holcomb, Olivia Meehan, Krista Ross, Danielle Sills and Sarah Ullom.
Juniors will be Crystal Anderson, Amanda Betz, Katy Bushman, Samantha DeWitt, Brittney Emerick, Jennifer McKinley, Kelly Monroe, Amanda Morrison, Natalie Sager, Angie Stults and Tammy Tipton.
