James couple celebrates 50th (6/20/03)
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lindy James will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house on Sunday, June 29, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Pennville.
Ralph married Janice McKillip on June 28, 1953, in the United Methodist Church at New Mt. Pleasant.
They are the parents of Mrs. Gene (Margie) Horner, Pennville; Dennis (wife Debbie) James, Bryant; Kevin (wife Jennifer) James, Plymouth; Jim (wife Julie) James, Portland; and Mrs. Brad (Julie) Cull, Minster, Ohio. They have 16 grandchildren and stepgrandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
