Jay swimmers win 4th of week (06/27/08)

MONROE - The Jay County Summer Swim Team had three wins prior to this week. Now, it is 7-2.
Jay County picked up its four victory of the week Thursday night, defeating host North Adams Central.
Complete results from the meet were not available.
Other victories for Jay County this week came over Fort Recovery and Arcanum Monday, and South Adams Tuesday.
Fugiett, McCombs lead
DUNKIRK - Daniel Fugiett and Mitch McCombs racked up the goals Wednesday night in the West Jay Community Center Summer Soccer League.
McCombs scored six times to lead the Hurricanes to a 12-0 win over the Twisters, and Fugiett also had six goals as the Lightning topped the Thunder 12-2.
Ian McCombs and Matt Paquette each added three goals for the Hurricanes, and Karlie Bullard and Triston Thrasher scored two goals apiece for the Lightning.[[In-content Ad]]
