Jay County Public Library will feature the following events as part of its summer reading program.
Saturday from noon until 4 p.m. will be Medieval Crafts, with materials and directions for children to complete on their own.
Monday at 11 a.m. preschool and elementary age children are invited to use provided supplies and build a castle.
Tuesday at 7 p.m. teens entering sixth through 12th grade can make jewelry and crafts with beads that will be provided. Call the library at (260) 726-7890 to register. Refreshments will be served.
Thursday at 9:30 a.m. is todder time for infants up to age three, accompanied by an adult. There will be stories, toys and puzzles.
On Monday, June 19, Ronald McDonald will be the guest for “You’re a Star” at 11 a.m. for preschool and elementary age children.
