Tyler Rigby is on a bit of a roll.
The 2006 Jay County graduate well surpassed his season scoring average in each of the Indiana University Southeast men's basketball team's games, including matching a career high with 14 points in a 133-76 win Dec. 16 over IU East.
Rigby was on fire from the field, hitting five of his seven field-goal attempts and all of his three 3-point tries as he matched the scoring total he posted Nov. 8 in his college debut against Knoxville College. He also had six rebounds, three blocks, one assist and one steal as the Grenadiers (11-3) won for the eighth time in their last nine games.
The freshman went 4-of-6 from the field and scored nine points Dec. 15 as IU Southeast clobbered IU Northwest 102-62. He added four rebounds, three assists and a block.

Helped the NCAA Division II No. 8 Findlay men's basketball team as it racked up two more Ws to push its streak to eight in a row after a 1-2 start.
Niekamp grabbed one rebound apiece in wins over Northern Kentucky and Michigan Tech. He also had a steal Tuesday against Northern Kentucky in the 59-53 victory.[[In-content Ad]]
