Howard and Ardonna Jerles, Redkey, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Saturday, March 24, with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Masonic Hall on High Street in Redkey.
They were married on March 19, 1942, at the bride’s home.
The couple lived in Randolph County for many years and were engaged in farming before moving to Redkey in 1991. Howard retired from McCormick Brothers, Albany, and Ardonna retired from Indiana Glass, Dunkirk.
They are the parents of one son, Jay Jerles (wife: Tyrah), Redkey. They also have two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
