John and Patty Bye celebrate 45th
Mr. and Mrs. John C. Bye Jr., 3461 East 400 North, Portland, are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary today.
John married Patty Ann Kelly on Oct. 3, 1964, at Westchester EUB Church with the Rev. John Modesitt officiating.
Patty is a retired artist and John retired on Oct. 1 from GE Motors Decatur, GE Aircraft Controls, Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems Fort Wayne after 44 years with the company.
They are the parents of Cheryl Ann Bye PhD. (husband Keith Walley), Indianapolis, and David Alan Bye, Portland.
