Janelle Johnston and John Wendel will exchange vows on July 12 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Portland.
Janelle is the daughter of Gary and Cecelia Johnston, Portland. She is a 2002 graduate of Jay County High School and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Ball State University in 2006. She is employed as a pediatric nurse at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
John is the son of Kenneth and Deborah Wendel, Portland. A 1999 graduate of Jay County High School, he received his journeyman's card in tool and die in 2003. He is employed at Coldwater Machine in Coldwater, Ohio, and farms in association with Miller Farms, Portland.[[In-content Ad]]
