Karns celebrate 50th anniversary
Norman and Patricia Karn, 4780 W. 575 South, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today with an open house at the Jay County Conservation Club from 2 to 6 p.m.
Norman married Patricia Ann Micheau on Aug. 18, 1962, at Saint Monica Catholic Church in Kalamazoo, Mich.
They are the parents of Kris Karn and Kraig Karn, both of Portland, Kelly Karn, Clovis, N.M., and Kristen Sager (husband: Charles), Redkey. They also have 13 grandchildren.
