Kellys celebrate 50th anniversary
Longtime Jay County residents Mr. and Mrs. Howard Kelly, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house on Sunday, April 26, from noon until 4 p.m. at Bryant Wesleyan Church.
Howard married Nancy Hafner on April 12, 1959, at First Church of the Nazarene in Portland.
Nancy retired as a secretary from Jaqua Shinaberry Agency in Portland and Howard retired from Portland Forge.
Mr. and Mrs. Kelly are the parents of two sons, Duane Kelly, Portland, and Danny Kelly, Bryant. They have two grandchildren.
