Kriegs celebrate 25th (07/29/03)

Mr. and Mrs. Robert A Krieg Jr., 419 S. Western Ave., Portland, celebrated their 25th anniversary Tuesday, July 29.

Bob married Charlene Rader on July 29, 1978, at Fairview United Brethren Church, Hartford City, with the Rev. J. Mike Caley receiving the couple’s vows.

They are the parents of Brad and Shawnda Krieg, both of Portland.

The couple lived in Roll until November 1984 and then moved to Jay County. They are members of the Portland First Church of the Nazarene.

Bob has worked for Hartzell Fan Inc., for 28 years.

Char worked for W&M Manufacturing for 10 years. She is currently employed by Preferred Family Physicians. She also cleans houses of six clients when she’s not working at Preferred.

They began a cleaning business — Krieg’s Cleaning Service — together in 2000

The couple plan to celebrate their anniversary with a cruise to Nassau, Bahamas, in 2004.[[In-content Ad]]
