Landers couple celebrates 60th
Jim and Martha Landers, 146 East 500 North, Bryant, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary today.
Jim married Martha Spillman on June 24, 1951, at the EUB Church in Portland.
Martha retired as an instructional assistant for the Jay School Corporation and Jim retired from Portland Forge.
They are the parents of Mike Landers and Bob Landers, both of Portland, and Connie Landers, West Lafayette. They also have six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The couple plan to celebrate with a family gathering.
