Mr. and Mrs. Larry Ray Newton Sr., Portland, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise party at their home on May 16.
Larry married Mary Lou Moralos on May 18, 1959, in San Diego, Calif. Larry is a Portland native and Mary is a native of San Diego.
Mary is owner and operator of Mary's Salon DeVeyesa in Portland and Larry is employed at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland.
The couple are the parents of four children, Linda Tucker, Winchester; Diane Caster, Larry Ray Newton Jr. and Nancy Lininger, all of Portland. They also have 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
