Mr. and Mrs. Richard Larsh, 3567 East Ind. 26, Portland, are celebrating their 60th anniversary today.
Richard married Mary Lee Hoover on Feb. 26, 1944 in a military chapel while he was assigned to the Army Specialized Training Program at the University of Alabama.
They are the parents of Mrs. Stephan (Sandra) Roesener, Indianapolis and Mrs. Tony (Randi) Benner, Atlanta, Ga. and Scott Larsh, Fort Wayne. They have four grandchildren and one stepgreat-grandson.
Richard and Mary Lee moved to Jay County in 1970 from Indianapolis. Richard farmed and owned a commodity brokerage before retiring in 1988.
They recently celebrated with family and friends at an open house in Indianapolis.[[In-content Ad]]
