Manor to wed

Sarah Elizabeth Manor and Andrew Tyrone Willis are planning a May 16 wedding at Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Winchester.

Sarah, a former Portland resident, is the daughter of Brent and Tish Howell and Randy Manor. She is the granddaughter of Gerald and Dianna Manor, Portland, and Deloris Lowe and the great-granddaughter of William and Betty Strait, Portland. Andrew is the son of the late Elizabeth Willis and the grandson of Betty Huston, Fort Wayne.

Sarah is a 2003 graduate of Winchester Community High School, a 2006 graduate of Ivy Tech and a 2009 graduate of Indiana University. She works in the surgery department at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester.

Andrew attended Union City High School and currently attends Ivy Tech. He works at Spartech Plastics in Greenville, Ohio.[[In-content Ad]]
