Mr. and Mrs. Mike Minch, 1528 West 350 South, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Mike married Marilyn Bubp on July 20, 1959, at Asbury United Methodist Church with the Rev. Virgil Bjork officiating.
Marilyn retired from CVS Drugs, Portland, where she worked as a pharmacy technician for 15 years.
Mike retired from Jay County REMC after 32 years and is also a retired accountant for Family Centered Services in Bluffton.
The couple are the parents of Jeff Minch, Munising/Wetmore, Mich., and Mrs. Mark (Julie) Steigerwalt, rural Portland. They also have three granddaughters.
They are planning a vacation to Vermont.[[In-content Ad]]
