McClung to show work at Arts Place (04/27/06)

Local artist Stephen R. McClung will present the exhibition “Pathways” at the Hugh N. Ronald Gallery at Arts Place in Portland.
His paintings will be displayed Friday, May 5, through June 30. An artist reception will be May 5 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Arts Place is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free.
Spring classes
Arts Place in Portland is accepting registrations for spring art and wellness classes. An after school arts program, yoga, oil painting and portfolio class will be offered. The hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To register visit Arts Place at 131 E. Walnut Street, visit the website at www.artsland.org or call (260) 726-4809.
Classes will also be offered in St. Marys, Ohio, in adult and kids ceramics, after school arts, bellydancing, adult arts and yoga. The hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Jace Schoenherr, Portland, has been hired as a resident hall assistant at Ball State University. He is majoring in telecommunications and is the son of Gary and Vickee Schoenherr.[[In-content Ad]]
