Millers mark 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Miller, New Corydon, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on June 19.

Gerald married Arleen Miller (also her maiden name) on June 19, 1954 at St. Mary’s of the Presentation in Geneva.

Arleen is a homemaker, and Gerald is retired from Sprint in Decatur.

They are the parents of Gary (wife Kathy) Miller and Mrs. Dale (Kathy) Regedanz, both of Celina, Ohio; Tim (wife Jane) Miller, Bryant; Mrs. James (Karen) Fosnaugh, Geneva; Tony (wife Jill) Miller, Richmond; Ted (wife Kathy) Miller, Fort Wayne; Mrs. Derryl (Teresa) Hirschy, Geneva; Matt (wife Beth) Miller, Berne; Bill (wife Karen) Miller, Celina, and Mrs. David (Beth) Freyburgher, Portland. They also have 24 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A reception will be held on Sunday, June 20, from 12 to 4 p.m. at the V.F.W. in Geneva in celebration of the occasion.
