JAY COUNTY TEEN RECOVERY GROUP - Meets each Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. at Portland True Value. Open to any youth that has issues with drug or alcohol abuse either with themselves or a family member.

TOPS CLUB - Meets each Monday for weigh-in at 5:30 p.m. and meeting at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall at Evangelical Methodist Church, 930 W. Main St., Portland. New members welcome.

PORTLAND EVENING OPTIMIST CLUB - Meets each Monday evening at Richards Restaurant at 6.

HALFWAY CHAPTER NO. 230 O.E.S. - Meets today at 7:30 p.m. at the Redkey Masonic Lodge.
