Rosaline Fullenkamp
Rosaline C. Fullenkamp, 95, Fort Recovery, died Sunday at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. Arrangements are pending at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.

Thelma Norris
Oct. 8, 1928-Nov. 6, 2010
Thelma Elizabeth Norris, 82, Redkey, died Saturday at Albany Health Care in Albany.
Born in Portland to John and Eunice (Denny) Landers, she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Norris Sr.
She retired from Indiana Glass in Dunkirk and was a member of Redkey Community Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary J. Terhune (husband: Terry), Daleville; two sons, Donald E. Norris (wife: Melissa), Redkey, and Harry “Red” E. Norris Jr. (wife: Charlyn), Monroe, N.C.; three sisters, Joyce Knapp, Portland, Margaret Gray (husband: George), Pennville, and Nilah Hudson (husband: Waldo), Salamonia; a brother, Karl Landers (wife: Sue), Anderson; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services are Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Redkey Community Baptist Church with Pastors Everett Bilbrey Jr. and Justin Simos officiating.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Redkey.
Visitation is today from 4 to 7 p.m. at M.J.S. Mortuaries Redkey Chapel.
Memorials may be sent to Jay County Cancer Society in Portland.

Lucy Macy
Nov. 15, 1929-Nov. 4, 2010
Services were held today for Lucy Anne Macy, 80, Winchester. A former Ridgeville resident, he died Thursday at Willow Bend Living Center in Muncie.
Born in Hamilton, Ohio, to Max O. an Helen J. (Baker) Wentz, she grew up in Ridgeville and graduated from Ridgeville High School in 1947.
Former co-owner of the Rainbow Restaurant in Winchester, she was secretary to Mayors Bob Beechler and Jack Fowler in Winchester and retired in 1999.

Memberships include Order of the Eastern Star No. 239 Acacia Chapter in Ridgeville for many years and Chapter No. 444 in Union City.
Survivors include two daughters, Kelly Shelton (husband: Mark), Eaton, and Mary Whaley (husband: Gene), Yorktown; a son, David Macy, Fairfield, Calif.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Parson Mortuary, Muncie, was in charge of the arrangements.

Dick Bond
Jan. 21, 1930-Nov. 6, 2010
Dick Bond, 80, 1007 W. Main St., Portland, died Saturday at Persimmon Ridge in Portland.
Born in Portland to Arlo and Daisey (Abbott) Bond, he is survived by his wife Marilyn Sue (Mills) Bond, whom he married on Oct. 6, 1951.
He was a 1948 graduate of Portland High School, where he played basketball as part of the three Bs (Brewster, Bright, Bond) from 1946 to 1948.
His team was runner-up in the semistate basketball tournament in 1948.
He had served in the National Guard and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge and Scottish Rite.
Surviving besides his wife are his mother, Daisey Romine, Portland; two daughters, Linda Stanley, Portland, and Laura Ashley, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a son, Phillip Westevelt, West Palm Beach, Fla.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services are Thursday at 10 a.m. at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Claycomb Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday from 2 to 7 p.m., with a Masonic service at 6:30 p.m., and prior to services on Thursday at the funeral home.
