Murder hearing continued
In review
A hearing for a Dunkirk man who has pleaded guilty to killing a Portland man has been continued.
A Jay Circuit Court hearing for Roderick Berry, 21, scheduled for this morning, was continued until July 22 at 9 a.m., because judge Brian Hutchison is out of town, a court official said.
In December, Berry pleaded guilty to felony murder in the Sept. 8, 2008, death of Shawn Buckner, Portland.
Four other defendents in the case have trial dates set for June and July.[[In-content Ad]]
