New software to be installed at Jay Library

A new software upgrade at Jay County Public Library will allow customers and staff more services through the Evergreen system. Services during installation time, however, may be limited.
On Saturday, March 19, books may be checked out, but customers will not be able to use the online catalog, check out ebooks or use other Evergreen services.
The upgrade will feature a self service password reset for patrons to access their accounts and facets to make searches easier and quicker.  

Brownie badges
Brownie Scouts will have an opportunity to earn wildlife badges on Saturday, March 26, at the Limberlost State Historic Site in Geneva.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon with state conservation officer Brenda Louthain and her canine partner Ike leading.

Bluebird festival
The 25th Annual Bluebird Festival and Artisan Fair will be held Saturday, March 26, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 27, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the National Guard Armory, 1434 Wagner Ave. in Greenville, Ohio.
