Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Winchester, Fort Recovery, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Renee to Mark Rosenbeck, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Rosenbeck on Oct. 13.
Renee earned a degree in mental health technology from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. She is employed at Cheeseman Trucking in Fort Recovery.
