In review
The Jay County Health Department is out of seasonal flu shots, one day after holding its first public clinic.
The department went through 220 doses of flu shots after giving shots to county and city officials and holding its first public clinic on Tuesday.
Linda Smith, immunization clinic supervisor, said she has a pending order for 80 more doses, but the provider isn't promising a shipping date.
Smith said those remaining shots could arrive as late as November.[[In-content Ad]]
