Paranormal speaker to present at JCPL

Members of the Portland Paranormal Research Society will present a program on Tuesday, Oct. 5, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Jay County Public Library about methods used in today’s world of paranormal investigation.
The group will tell about places they have investigated and evidence they have found.
