Parents of local man have 50th
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Haggenjos, Syracuse, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 19.
Tom married Shirley on June 19, 1954 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mishawaka.
Shirley is a travel consultant at Menno Travel in Goshen and Tom retired from AT&T in 1985 after 32 years of service.
The couple have four children, including Dr. Mark Haggenjos (wife Donna) of Portland. They also have 10 grandchildren.
They celebrated with a family gathering at their lake home on Saturday and a mass at St. Martin’s Church on Sunday followed by a brunch on the SS Lillypad.[[In-content Ad]]
