Patch couple celebrates 65th
Anniversary
Howard and Delores Patch of Jay City in rural Bryant, are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary today.
Howard married Delores Patterson on April 20, 1946, at the E.U.B. parsonage in Daleville with the Rev. Ivan Alderton (an uncle) receiving the couple’s vows.
Delores retired from C.T.S. in Berne and Howard retired from Meshberger Stone Corp.
They are the parents of four children Steven Patch, Lafayette, Daniel Patch (deceased), Susan Hoover (husband: Steven), New Castle, and Lucinda Betz (husband: Larry), Portland. They also have three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The couple plan to celebrate with family on Easter Sunday.
