Programs to be held at JCPL
Taking Note
Purdue Cooperative Extension Service and Jay County Extension Homemakers are sponsoring a series of programs to be held Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Jay County Public Library.
“Vitamins and Minerals from A to Z” will begin at 10 a.m. and will be presented by Kristi Henry.
“It’s a Cold, It’s the Flu...it’s Foodbourne Illness” will follow at 11 a.m. and will be presented by Emily Becker.
Lunch will be available at noon.
“Oh, Where Did I Put That?” will begin at 1 p.m. and will be presented by Robin Williams.
“Food Safety Update for Non-Profit Organizations” will begin at 2 p.m. and will be presented by Kristi Henry.
The programs are free but reservations are required. For more information on these programs or to make reservations, call Kristi Henry at (260) 726-4707 by Oct. 1.
Paranormal program
Members of the Portland Paranormal Research Society will present a program on Tuesday, Oct. 5, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Jay County Public Library about methods used in today’s world of paranormal investigation.
The group will explain what they do, have a power point presentation, tell about places they have investigated and evidence they have found.[[In-content Ad]]
