Former Jay County residents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Reynolds of Anderson are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary today.
Fred and the former Margaret "Maggie" Stults were married on April 5, 1950, by the late Rev. L.G.D. Wertz, who was pastor of the Portland E.U.B. Church.
The couple are members of Anderson First Friends Church. Fred retired from Delco Remy and Maggie retired from Anderson Community School Food Services.
They are the parents of Tim Reynolds (wife: Susan), Anderson, Teresa Shively (husband: Randy), Chesterfield, Va., and Tina Moore (husband: Brad), Pauline, S.C. They also have eight grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one stepgreat-grandchild.[[In-content Ad]]
