Stephanie Michele Rines and Stephen William Thompson are planning to exchange vows on July 31.
Stephanie is the daughter of Steve and Sarah Rines, rural Portland. She is a 2004 graduate of Jay County High School and graduated from Wittenberg University in 2008 with a degree in English. She works for AmeriCorps-VISTA at Wittenberg University and is a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.
Stephen is the son of Lucy Dawson, Urbana, Ohio, and Charles Thompson, St. Paris, Ohio.
He is a 2002 graduate of Graham High School in St. Paris and earned a degree in political science fromWittenberg University in 2006 and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Dayton in 2008. He works for the City of Springfield, Ohio.[[In-content Ad]]
