Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Rohrer, 13018 Hillgrove-Fort Recovery Road, Union City, Ohio, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, May 23, with an open house at the Nazarene Church Family Center, 401 E. Broadway Street in Fort Recovery from 1 to 4 p.m.
Jerry and the former Artie Addington were married on May 23, 1959, in Redkey, by the Rev. Smith.
Artie works at Workhorse in Union City and Jerry retired from Union City Body Company.
They are the parents of five sons, Leroy Rohrer, Union City; Jim Rohrer, Kenton, Ohio; Paul Rohrer and Nick Rohrer, both of Fort Recovery; and Gary Rohrer, Portland. They have 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
