Runyons to celebrate
Gail and Doris Runyon, Geneva, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on Friday, Dec. 23, with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Bryant Community Center.
Gail married Doris Haines on Dec. 24, 1941, at Asbury United Methodist Church in Portland.
They are longtime farmers in Adams and Jay County.
The couple are the parents of Gaila Crouch (husband: Ron), Olivehill, Tenn., Gedda Starlin, Geneva, Ginger Roughia (husband: Jon), Bryant, and David Runyon (wife: Dawn), Geneva. They also have nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
