Cars egged
A Portland man reported that his and a neighbor’s car has been egged several times in the past two weeks.
Brian Waters, 815 E. North St., told police that his vehicle and his neighbor’s vehicle have been egged in the past two weeks. He reported the vandalism at 2:19 p.m. Friday.

Lawn ornament stolen
A Portland woman told police that someone stole a lawn ornament from her property sometime before Friday afternoon.
Becky Hough, 228 S. Western Ave., told police that a praying angel lawn ornament valued at $25 was taken from her yard sometime between Thursday evening and Friday afternoon. She reported the theft at 1:36 p.m.

Cash stolen
A Portland man’s truck was entered and cash was stolen sometime before Thursday morning.
John Schisler, 811 E. North St., reported that sometime between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday, his truck was entered and $45 was taken. The truck was unlocked. He reported the theft at 1:45 p.m. Thursday.[[In-content Ad]]
