Kevin L. Johnson, 19, Muncie, residential entry, a class A misdemeanor — Sentenced July 9 to one year in the Jay County Jail, with all but six years suspended and four days credit for time served.
He was fined $100, ordered to pay $164 in court costs and was placed on probation for 11 months.
David E. Ables, 49, rural Portland, possession of methamphetamine, a class A misdemeanor — Sentenced July 21 to one year in the Jay County Jail, with all but four days suspended and four days credit for time served.
He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and a $200 drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee.
He was placed on probation for 11 months.
Gerald L. LeMaster, 57, rural Portland, driving a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .15 or more, a class A misdemeanor — Sentenced July 29 to one year in the Jay County Jail, with all suspended.
He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs, a $200 alcohol and drug countermeasures fee and a $400 Jay Superior Court Substance Abuse Program fee. He was placed on probation for six months.
A charge of driving while intoxicated was dismissed.
Troy S. Campbell, 45, Portland, possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor — Sentenced July 28 to one year in the Jay County Jail, with four days credit for time served. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and a $200 drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee.
Charges of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication were dismissed.
Russell S. Hodge, 51, criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor — Sentenced July 28 to 180 days in the Jay County Jail, with all but 60 days suspended.
He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and $478 in restitution to Dennis Hill.
He was placed on probation for one year, and is prohibited from having contact with Hill.
Austin T. Stocker, 21, rural Fort Recovery, driving while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor — Sentenced July 22 to 60 days in the Jay County Jail, with all but two days suspended and two days credit for time served.
He was fined $100 and ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs, a $200 alcohol and drug countermeasures fee and a $400 Jay Superior Court Substance Abuse Program fee. He was placed on probation for six months and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
A charge of driving with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .08 or more was dismissed.
Christopher R. Anderson, 24, Hartford City, possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor — Sentenced July 22 to one year in the Jay County Jail, with all but four days suspended and four days credit for time served.
He was fined $100 and was ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs, a $200 drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee and a $400 Jay Superior Court Substance Abuse Program fee.
He was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and was placed on probation for 12 months. His driving privileges, existing motor vehicle registrations and ability to register motor vehicles were each suspended for 180 days.
A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.
Richard A. Harvey, 46, domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor — Sentenced July 21 to 92 days in the Jay County Jail, with 16 days credit for time served.
He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and a $50 domestic violence prevention treatment fee.
