39 Degrees North, the Geographic Information Systems provider for Jay County, will host a one-day user conference Thursday, Feb. 23, at the Jay County Public Library to provide both refresher training and an introduction of new system features.
From 9 a.m. to noon, the session will be tailored for county officials and staff. From 1 to 4 p.m., the session is designed for city, town, and utility officials. From 5 to 7 p.m., the session is aimed at realtors, attorneys, private surveyors, and land managers. All of the sessions are free.
