Rose Marie Phillips, 39, LaFollette, Tenn., a former Portland resident, died Thursday in LaFollette.
Born Oct. 10, 1965 in Winchester, she was the daughter of James and Betty Joyce (Moore) Barber.
The manager of Check Advance in LaFollette, she attended Calvary Christian Academy and World Harvester Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Scott (Amy) McNeilan, Celina, Ohio; four sisters, Anna Gabbard, Tampa, Fla., Rhonda Barbour, Union City, Ohio, Mrs. Larry (Helen) Kiser, Greenville, Ohio, and Mrs. Larry (Martha) Foley, Tampa; a brother, Jamie Barbour, Union City; and a grandson.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Reichard Funeral Home in Union City, with the Rev. Carolyn Curtis officiating. Visitation is Monday from noon to 2 p.m.
Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery, southeast of Portland.[[In-content Ad]]
