Matthew S. Dunn Duff, 22, Redkey, purchase of more than 7.2 grams of precursor in a 30-day period, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced Feb. 29 to 60 days in the Jay County Jail, all suspended.
He was fined $100 plus court costs of $165 and was placed on probation for six months.
Marc A. Fulkerson, 25, Redkey, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced Feb. 29 to 60 days in the Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended and two days credit for time served. He was fined $25 plus court costs of $165.50, was ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200, was ordered to pay a Jay Superior Court Substance Abuse Program fee of $400, was placed on probation for nine months and had his license suspended for 90 days.
As part of a plea agreement, a charge of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or more was dismissed.
Alyssa K. Harvey, 19, resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor  — Sentenced Feb. 29 to one year in the Jay County Jail with all but 14 days suspended and 14 days credit for time served.
She was assessed court costs of $165 and was placed on probation for 11 months.
Erik D. Carvey, 41, Portland, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in the Jay County Jail with all but 60 days suspended and 22 days credit for time served. He was assessed court costs of $165.50, was placed on probation for 10 months and had his license suspended for 90 days.
Maria L. Holdcroft, 43, Dunkirk, check deception, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in the Jay County Jail, all suspended. She was assessed court costs of $165 and was placed on probation for one year.
Noe A. Castillo, 34, Portland, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced Feb. 22 to one year in the Jay County Jail with all but 120 days suspended. He was assessed court costs of $165.50, was placed on probation for one year and had his license suspended for 90 days.
Heather M. Teal, 27, Dunkirk, invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced Feb. 22 to one year in the Jay County Jail with all but 90 days suspended and 44 days credit for time served. She was assessed court costs of $165 and was placed on probation for one year.
As part of a plea agreement charges of residential entry, trespass and domestic battery were dismissed.
Ashley J. Franklin, 18, Portland, possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced Feb. 22 to one year in the Jay County Jail, all suspended. She was ordered to pay court costs of $165, was ordered to pay a drug abuse prosecution, interdiction and correction fee of $200, was ordered to pay a Jay Superior Court Substance Abuse Program Fee of $400 and was placed on probation for one year.
As part of a plea agreement, a charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
