Sills couple to mark 50th
Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Sills, 4779 West 100 South, Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday.
Marvin married Donna Myers on Oct. 3, 1954, at McNatt Methodist Church in Wells County.
Donna is a retired teacher and Marvin is retired from farming.
They are the parents of Mrs. Patrick (Cathy) Murray, Muncie, Mrs. Gary (Vickie) Betz, Portland, and Kevin Sills, Portland. They have eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
An open house reception is being given by their children and grandchildren on Saturday, Oct. 2, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Bryant Wesleyan Church Fellowship Hall on Ind. 27 in Bryant. The couple asks that gifts be omitted.
