Kristen Smith and Vincent Ramsey are planning an Aug. 12 wedding at Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur.
A 2003 graduate of Jay County High School, Kristen is studying human resource management at Ivy Tech Community College. She is currently employed at Ball Memorial Hospital, but plans to work at Swiss Village Inc. She is the daughter of Greg Smith and the granddaughter of Judy Smith, both of Bryant.
Vincent graduated from South Adams High School in 1998 and earned a master's degree in accounting from Ball State University in 2005. He is employed at Smith Brothers of Berne and is the son of David and Suzanne Ramsey, Fort Wayne.
