Sorority members attend convention (07/31/07)

Ann Marie Kesler, Janet Young and Jean Esslinger, members of Alpha Omicron Sorority in Dunkirk and Ann Meiring from a Jay County chapter, recently attended the Alpha Epsilon State of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International state convention in Evansville. Ann is the state president and presided over the convention.
Dean's list
Area residents were recently named to the dean's list at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute for the spring quarter.
Making the list were Adam Ford, a senior majoring in mechanical engineering. He is the son of Terri and Dwane Ford, Portland.
Also Tony Homan, a senior majoring in computer engineering. His parents are Rick and Cathy Homan, Fort Recovery.
Mitchell and Ian Thomas, both juniors majoring in computer engineering. They are the sons of Jo and Randy Thomas, Pennville.
Receives degree
Tony Homan recently graduated cum laude from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. Homan plans to attend graduate school at Ohio State University in Columbus to earn his PhD in electrical engineering.
