Taking Note
Miki Saito, a native of Japan, will present the program “I’m Turning Japanese” on Thursday, July 21, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at Jay County Public Library.
Visitors will discover ikebana, tea ceremonies, judo and calligraphy and taste Japanese tea and snacks.

Portland resident Felipe Bedon recently graduated from Taylor University in Upland, with a bachelor’s degree in management.
