'Spiral Hunt' author will speak at JCPL (3/20/2009)

By By VIRGINIA CLINE-

Portland native Margaret Ronald will talk about writing and sign her new book "Spiral Hunt" on Tuesday, April 21 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Jay County Public Library.

Ronald's novel is set in Boston and features Evie, a woman with a supernatural sense who can find lost items and people. Even though she knows to stay out of the magical undercurrent that runs beneath Boston's historic streets, she eventually ventures into the shadowy world that lies between myth and reality.

Copies of "Spiral Hunt" will be available beginning Monday at the library for $6.

The book reading group at JCPL is reading Ronald's book and will discuss it on Monday, April 20 at 7 p.m. at the library.
